PARKING: There are 2 parking spots in the driveway, please don’t park inside the garage. There is free street parking as well.

LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are available with a small fee

- Guest have full access to the house with exception of linen closets
Other things to note
- Cleaning company charge us 30 per pet per night. Please contact the host if you have pets.
- 2 car parking in front of the garage. If you need more, you can just park in front of the two car on the street or find street parking
- To turn on string light there is a switch on the plug itself.
- Please turn off lights and appliance when leaving the house.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.

Clean home, easy communication with manager, great location! One bad thing, we were blamed for a hole in the wall we did not make. Charging us additionally, while in the same picture are other hole repairs not done professionally. It felt like an easy way to cheat us out of extra money for repairs they will spend pennies on. Easy way to make extra money.

The house was very clean organized. Just a couple problems. There is absolutely no parking on the street as all residents occupy most of the parking and at one point when I came back, there was a neighbor parked in the driveway, knowing that this was not occupied daily and I couldn’t park in the driveway. It took about 3540 minutes to find out who it was and I had no parking. I was worried the rest of the time the other issue was the master bathroom tub filled up while taking a shower a minute or two into the shower the drain very slowly however when I notified them, they wanted to send somebody out the next morning to come into the house and I was gone the whole day and I didn’t want anybody in the house while I was not there they were responsive and I asked them to watch the cameras to make sure nobody’s in the parking but that was the only issues.

No internet, no wash clothes, I towel per stay, no cleaning supplies, no dish towel, rugs all smell like pee, didn’t appreciate landscaper during our stay, somebody sad showing up at door about internet, furniture not in best shape, no toilet paper, black mold on table, dirty cabinets in kitchen, oven filthy, minimal dish detergent, half of refrigerator broken, kitchen pans all junk, no grab rails in bath and no shower mat. I will say the mattress in the master was comfortable.

Overall good place in a good location. A park is right down the street and a very quiet neighborhood. There's a few maintenance issues to sort out to finish out the property and everything will be perfect, but nothing that really affected the stay. The kids loved playing foosball and table tennis in the garage.

We chose this home because of the location and it was advertised as family-friendly, but unfortunately our stay had several issues.When we arrived, the master bedroom bed frame was broken. We contacted the host right away. They were polite but unable to send maintenance that night, so we had to create a temporary fix ourselves just to use the bed. It was clear the frame had been repaired multiple times rather than replaced.Later, we found a used pimple patch in the bed, which made us question whether the sheets had been changed. The host suggested checking the linen closet, but there were no extra sheets available, so my daughters slept on top of the bed during out stay and used blankets we had with us. The rugs also smell like dog pee. My kids were uncomfortable the entire stay and asked multiple times if we could leave for a hotel.Toward the end of our stay we were also locked out when the bottom lock engaged, and we were not provided with a key to that doorknob. We found this at midnight and we couldn't find vacancies in any nearby hotels and were worried about what to do all night with our family of 6. We eventually got a lockbox code to enter through another door, but this should be addressed to prevent it happening to future guests.The house did have a dishwasher and washing machine, which was nice, but there were no hand or dish towels, so we had to rely on paper towels.The host was polite, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues made the stay disappointing.
