The downstairs half bath has a linen closet with the back up linens, hand towels, beach towels and extra paper goods, Also, in the half bath is the washing machine and dryer and the floor care products. The living room features a modular Thomasville sectional with blankets stored in the ottoman, a smart TV with cable and a coffee table with a top that extends. The side table also has a built-in outlet as well. The dining room features a table for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, flatware, coffee maker, blender, air fryer, seasonings, Tupperware and everything else needed to feel right at home. Lastly, the patio features a gas fire pit, 4 Adirondack chairs, a grill and 2 beach chairs. There are 2 parking spots that come with the townhome.
