Belle concepteur décoré, immaculée 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison situé à Oak Village à Sugarmill Woods, Homosassa, Floride. La chambre principale a un lit king size, TV, dressing, salle de grande salle de bain avec cabine de douche et deux lavabos. La chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen size et 3ème chambre double d'un bureau avec un canapé convertible queen size.

La grande salle (comprenant cuisine ouverte, salon, salle à manger et le petit déjeuner) dispose d'une télévision grand écran et donne sur la véranda, piscine chauffée et une ceinture de verdure très privé où aucune autre maison peut être vu. Such a wonderful property. Clean, comfortable, spacious and has everything you need. The pool area is so lovely and private. Dick, Dorothy and Joanna were terrific hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. I look forward to staying again!

Superb Villa

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we might need. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. Lovely wooded area & properties well secluded from each other. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Doesn't get any better than this a little piece of paradise.

Thanks to the owner for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home.The home had everything we needed and more to make our stay enjoyable.Property manager was great our blender went out called Dick and he brought a new one in about 30 minutes.We are happy to give this property a 5 STAR rating. Home from home!

Our stay at the villa was wonderful and the home far surpassed our expectations. From the moment of booking, Joanna was friendly and informative and always approachable. During our stay, get property manager Dick was on hand day and night for whatever we needed, offering local knowledge and advice. The home itself was exquisite with tasteful furnishings ans completely equipped with everything you could every need. The gorgeous pool was a dream, totally private and secure and a perfect escape from it all. We spend many relaxing days, lounging, reading and swimming. When it was sadly time to leave, we felt renewed and rested. This home is truly a sanctuary and we will definetly be back!

Tranquility

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The pool area provides a private feel with the beautiful plants snd trees. Only 10 minutes away to stores. Did not go to beach. The area is all very nice houses. Felt very safe and relaxed the entire stay.

All I Expected, And More.

I am reluctant to describe my experience truthfully.....because it might result in others beating me to this house next year. The house is comfortable, clean and well-equipped. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and offers unusual privacy. Unlike some mid-Florida rentals the pool was swimmable just about every day. Dick Douglas was accessible and efficient. The house does not have a smart tv so if you want to stream to the screen bring your own cables.

Second stay at 145 Daisy Street

Once again we were so happy to book this house for 47 days. We are very lucky to have a home in Newfoundland, Canada as well as what we consider as our second home in Homosassa, USA. Joanna is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Dick Douglas and his wife Dora were there when we needed them and even provided us with a propane bbq when we requested one. We enjoyed the privacy and the pool was amazing. We have already booked this lovely home for next year. Joan & Les

Florida Get-Away

We stayed at Joanna’s home in Sugarmill Woods for 6 weeks, from February through mid-March. The house is extremely well-cared for and very clean. Joanna had given us some instructions prior to our arrival. But she also made sure that we had contact information for her property manager, Dick. He was extremely helpful in answering any other questions we had and in making sure that we were comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet....perfect for walking, bicycling, and lounging poolside in the lanai. A Publix grocery store was just down the road and other shopping, cafes, etc. we’re just north in Crystal River. We had a most enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was wonderful, as was dealing with Joanna and Dick. There was nothing more we could ask for. We enjoyed the pool tremendously. Thank you for your beautiful home. It was way more than we expected. The area was perfect for us.

We had never been to this part of Florida before so we weren't sure what to expect of the area. The house and property was great. Fully stocked kitchen! We really enjoyed our month-long stay in March/April 2017. This vacation home is very nice and comfortable, and is well equipped with everything you might need Dick Douglas was always quick to respond to inquiries, and it is obvious that he cares about the comfort of his guests. Thank you Joanna for such a wonderful stay! I'd definitely recommend this vacation home, and we will return again in 2019. We stayed for 34 days. It was wonderful. We were greeted with a bottle of wine by the property manager Mr. Dick Douglas. He showed us around and was very informative. This property is just like what the pictures show, but better. It was clean and stocked with almost everything you would need. The pool is very private, it felt like our own slice of paradise. This property met or exceeded all expectations and provided us with the perfect place for our visit. Every room was just as pictured online. The property was in tip-top shape.

If paradise is what you are looking for, Sugarmill Woods is the place to be. Once you stay in this beautiful home you will want to return again and again. We spent a relaxing month enjoying this immaculate, expertly decorated and serene home. The neighborhood is safe and conducive to walkers, bicyclists, nature lovers. After exploring the area, you will look forward to spending quiet time on the large screened lanai and pool. While lounging you will find yourself surrounded by impeccable landscaping that affords you peace and privacy. Whether you enjoy snacking on the patio, floating in the crystal clear pool, or resting with your book, there will be just enough sun or cool shade to comfort you. If you want to venture out, the Tampa Bay Area activities are only 30/40 minutes away via the nearby express highway. Two special people helped make our get-away a terrific experience. Joanna is the perfect homeowner who attended to every detail, making this our home-away-from-home. Dick, our property manager, was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and easily accessible throughout our stay. If we had a question, Dick would always be ready with the perfect answer. Thank you both for providing a fabulous rental experience from start to finish. We met as strangers and left as friends. One thing for sure, we will be returning to Sugarmill Woods.

Your Search Is Over

look no further cause you won't find anything better than this. Private, comfortable, beautifully decorated, well equipped and clean as a whistle. An inviting pool for a dip before dinner, a large screened lanai (great place to relax and read a book), an area that begs to be explored. So much to do we couldn't fit it all in and our 2 weeks just flew by Book it... I guarantee you'll like it !

We stayed at this beautiful house for a little over a week. This house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Joanna, the homeowner, went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of for our stay in her home. Her property manager kept in contact with us to ensure that we had everything we needed once we arrived in Florida. We simply could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to rent in this area. If we are to return to this area, I will most definitely check to see if it is available. Thank you again Joanna & Dick. Excellent stay

We stayed 2 weeks in this wonderful home. The location is quiet, the home very well decorated, the garden beautifully designed. We felt like we were in paradise. It is truly a home and very welcoming for its guests. We particularly liked the terrace (good balance between shadow and sun). All kitchen utensils were of good and solid quality and fit for use. The local contact person was very well reachable and pleasantly answering questions and giving tips for trips, activities, wining and dining. We like to play golf , there are plenty of courses in the area, and the green fees are very modest at this time of year. In short, we are ready to come back any time.
