Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom (First Floor): Sink into the plush king bed, where restful nights are guaranteed.
Second Bedroom (First Floor): Two comfy twin beds, just right for kids or friends.
Third Bedroom: A cozy queen bed, a comfortable chair for reading, perfect for recharging after a day of fun.
Fourth Bedroom: One full bed and a full-over-full bunk bed—ideal for extra guests or the little ones.
Bonus Room: Flexible trundle bed that can easily convert into either two twins or one king, offering the flexibility your group needs.

What is the cancellation policy? Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

✔ Goat Island is located in the northeast quadrant of Lake Gaston in Peahill Creek. It has long been a favorite hangout for boating families looking for a place to dock and swim.
✔ Rent a boat or jet ski. There are tons of places to rent on Lake Gaston. Book early as they fill up.
✔ Take a Wake Board Lesson. World Champion Adam Fields owns AFWake and teaches. You can rent or buy equipment.
✔ Sylvan Heights Bird Park has over 2,000 birds from around the world.
✔ Play Golf
Although some of these courses are private, call and they will most likely let you play.

A Total of two Pets (Dogs) are allowed with $150 pet fee per dog, however, please keep them off the couches and bed. If comforter has to be deep cleaned due to animals there will be a fee.
Any missing items from the home that are not returned will result in fees for each item.
