This condo unit is located in beautiful ISLA VERDE. It is surrounded by a wonderful community, upscale beach condos and miles of beautiful beach, and it’s just a few minutes walk from several local restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies and mini-marts.

The condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, AC unit, internet access, and a SmartTV with Netflix for your entertainment in the living room. A big plus is that we have a washer/dryer in the building for our guests to use.

Kitchen: Open space kitchen. Fully equipped with utensils, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

We only provide basic toiletries such as: toilet paper, towel paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If there’s something extra that you need we encourage you to bring your own.

We are very proud of the high standard of security in this condo complex, which makes it one of the top places in the area. The entire building is gated.

There is 1 parking space per unit.

The unit is located on a FIFTH FLOOR. We have elevator.

There’s many places walking distance from the unit that offer jet-skis; parasailing, stand up paddle boards and surfing lessons. If you like water sports; this is definitely the place to stay.

One of the conveniences we have is a self check in lockbox. Once you check into the unit, we are always available by phone to help with any questions and if there is an issue that needs attention at the condo, we can make arrangements for any maintenance needed. When you leave, you can leave appliances off, so you can go directly to the airport on your way home.
