The home was well appointed, clean and welcoming to guests. It was evident the hosts care about providing a wonderful experience for their guests. Kudos to the hosts for the much appreciated "just pack and go" checkout list - made us want to leave the property in great condition. We would definitely stay at this rental again without hesitation. Great house fully stocked

Probably the best stocked house I've ever rented. Host responded promptly to all requests. House was in a great neighborhood. We were in town for a family wedding. Enjoyed downtown at nightlife. It was a great weekend. Would definitely rent again.

The photos don’t do this home justice! The bedrooms are very spacious. The 4th bedroom is in the basement, which is huge! The basement is fully finished and like an apartment within the home. We had some issues with keeping the house cool, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future.

The house was spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. Having 3 full bathrooms is the reason we chose this house so we could each have our own bathroom. Kitchen was very nice. Huge televisions in all bedrooms plus the living room and family room downstairs. My only issue was the heat. It got very cold the first night (below freezing) and there was only a split in the hallway that need to heat 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had to sleep with the BR doors open at night to get some heat from the mini splits. Other than this heating issue, this property is well taken care of and the host keeps it well-maintained and clean. This would be a great place for several couples to stay with 4 queen size beds and dedicated bathrooms. The downstairs is like it's own apartment with just no kitchen. Would stay here again as long it wasn't going to be too cold at the time of our stay.

Great property

There were 6 adults most nights and there was plenty of space. The downstairs is a huge space with a bedroom, sitting area, small office and bathroom. Could easily be a kids’ space if traveling with kids/teens. The main level has a large dining table and sectional in one room so we were all able to hang out in that room. The kitchen is a good size and very well stocked (one of the best I’ve seen) with utensils, cookware, small appliances and a few common spices. Three people could work around the stove and sink pretty easily.We had another couple and their infant join us for a night. The property has a brand new pack-n-play that they used. It fit easily in their guest room. It was a great amenity!There is a nice deck and fully fenced yard but we weren’t able to take advantage of it. The neighborhood is quiet. We were in town for NCAA swimming at the Greensboro Coliseum and this location was perfect! We appreciated the guest book with restaurant recommendations.
