They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.

â Quick access to I-40/I-85 for easy commutes to Greensboro, Durham, or Chapel Hill

â Family-friendly neighborhood near schools, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences
KEY FEATURES:
â One (1) rear parking lot
â Dedicated work desk
â Master and second bedrooms feature Queen-sized and double-sized beds.
â 1 clean and sanitized full bathroom with bathtub
â Free fast Wi-Fi
â Living room with comfy seating and a smart TV
â Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a large fridge, stove, and a coffee station
â Dining area with seating to comfortably accommodate 4
â Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels
â A coin-operated washer and dryer are also ensuite for guests to use.

Drive and park around back of the house. A well lit pathway up the stairs will lead to your entrance with a smart lock, you will be provided your personalized code at check in.

†Pet fee: There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Please be advised that, as part of our house rules, any dogs left unattended in the unit/house must be securely caged or crated.
†There is one external camera located at the front of the house. It is a doorbell camera and it operates through motion detection.
†Shared Spaces: Upon arrival use the door on the rear patio up the stairs, your unit # will be displayed and use the code provided. You will have access to the hallway and front door. Please be mindful of other guests staying as well.

Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date.Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM. However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate a 4 PM check-in so please let us know asap if you need an earlier check-in, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.
â€STARTER SUPPLIES
In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few other basic items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival
