A charming (1300 sq ft) 3 BR, 2 BA home in Graham, NC.

There is natural light throughout the house. There is a nearly 1-acre fenced-in yard for dogs to play and dog-friendly windows and doors.

There is plenty to do and see in Graham and neighboring cities.
Whether it is a Small City Charm or a Bustling City you're looking for, you will find it here.

Located two miles from I-85 miles, it has easy access to surrounding attractions.

The front yard porch is covered and has a sitting bench and bistro set to enjoy your mornings outside. If you want more privacy, the covered breezeway (side of the house) has ample seating and a ceiling fan.

The Master bedroom is spacious, with a cathedral ceiling, and has an en suite. It also has a TV for your convenience. The bathroom provides double sinks, a large tub, a shower, and a hairdryer. Extra towels are located in the bedroom closets.

The Guest BRs have a TV, and Games/puzzles are also in the closet.

The LR has a cathedral ceiling with a fan. There is a reclining leather sofa, two reading chairs with ottomans, and a 65-inch TV.

The fully equipped Kitchen has a Keurig (enjoy some coffee) toaster, blender, dishware, silverware, stove/refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is an ice maker and pantry for your convenience.

There is a W/D in the hallway and an iron/ironing board in the Guest Room.

Super comfortable and pet friendly

This home was very clean….all the “extras “ needed for our long weekend stay. Great consideration for our dogs needs too with food/water bowls and nice fenced in area. We found the bed very comfortable and also liked the vinyl record player with classic rock records. Would definitely stay again.

PERFECT stay with 2 pups!

We stayed for the weekend, 2 adults and a 10 yr old with our 2 dogs. Fenced in yard was huge, very well landscaped, private even in the large neighborhood and the lawn was the FIRST in our many stays that was freshly mowed. The house was perfect. SO clean, so neat, furniture was 10/10. Bedding was soft and comfortable, bathrooms were super clean! Kitchen was great and had what we needed for cooking with nice, new appliances. The layout of the house is lovely, we looked into booking again very soon but didnt see any openings. Otherwise, we would be back asap. Great location, every restaurant delivers and are close to go out to eat. The host was very pleasant and prompt and gave us extended checkout which we appreciated! Cant say enough about this property!

Pics don't do it justice

I stayed here while visiting a family member at Elon. This house was perfect! Convenient location, VERY clean. The host was a great communcator and cared greatly about my comfort. The house is well equipped for all of your needs. The kitchen is very well stocked and ready for you to chef it up, just bring your groceries. The beds were comfortable and I felt very safe here. Ill definitely be booking again and bring my fur babies next time. There is a very large fenced in backyard. The house is bright and cheery. The bathroom vanities are very short so I think this house could work well from an accessibility standpoint. This is a great value for a high quality home.

Trip Back From Florida

We stopped on the way down and this trip on the way back from Florida for the weekend to visit with my daughter. As always the house is very clean and so comfortable. Our Labrador really enjoys the large fenced in yard for exercise. The house is conveniently located to all the amenities.

Nicest, Cleanest and most comfortable VBRO ever

Read it then imagine this listing is under sold. It is a very nice and salacious home. It sits on a large lot in a very quiet neighborhood. Decorated and furnished very tastefully. It is with out a doubt one of the nicest we have ever experienced. The host was quick with a response. Our new go to place when in the area

Beautiful pet friendly home

Cozy home in a great location. Beautifully decorated and the beds were comfy. Perfect for our family and our pets. Our fur babies loved the large fenced in yard and the pet door.

Stop off on our way to Florida

We had a very nice time staying here and the house was wonderful. The Christmas decorations were still in place and it was like being in a Hallmark Christmas card. Very nice location , quiet neighborhood not too far from my daughters place. Our dog really enjoyed the large fenced in yard. The beds were so very comfortable. We’ll stay here on our next stop in NC!

The nicest stay!

This was a seamless stay with a great owner on a wonderful house. Perfect for myself, my husband, and our 2 kids (we were attending a wedding 15 minutes away). Would absolutely stay here again!

US Women's Disc Golf Championship

Lovely home in Graham

My wife and I needed a place to stay for a wedding in the Burlington area. This home was the perfect answer to our needs. Very nice, comfortable and clean. The home is a three-bedroom house; however, one of the bedrooms is being used as a home office, which my wife made good use of for last minute wedding preparations. The two remaining bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. The house also had two full baths. The property is handled by the owner’s daughter, Karen. Both Karen and her mom, Nancy, were very communicative and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Great hosts. Many of the other reviews talked about how quaint the nearby downtown area of Graham is, so my wife and I took a drive thru to check it out. Very cute, historic buildings and homes. I wish we had more time to explore. Perhaps next visit. If you’re looking to stay in the area I would strongly suggest this home over nearby hotels. It is a significantly better option.

Softball tournament weekend

House was perfect for our family get together while hubby played a softball tournament. The house is a perfect size , clean and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get too, and everything you need nearby. Graham has a nice little down town. We found good restaurants and ice cream too.

My husband and I, my two daughters 11,8 years and dog stayed it was amazing the house so clean my first time ever renting a house and it was amazing awesome back for my dog and they left treats for him.
