Welcome to your tranquil retreat in Fryeburg! This newly built home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the comforts of home, making it the perfect getaway for families and groups.
The primary suite features a queen bed and private patio doors that open onto a secluded deck with serene nature views. The en suite bathroom boasts a spacious custom walk-in shower and a separate vanity areaâideal for freshening up after a day of skiing or exploring.
The first guest bedroom includes a cozy queen bed and a spacious closet, while the kidsâ bedroom is designed for fun and flexibility, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, sleeping up to four children. A portable crib is also available for younger guests. The main bathroom offers a convenient tub/shower combo, and both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.
Each bedroom includes a full closet, room-darkening window coverings, and a smart TV for added comfort. The living room features a warm and inviting gas-log fireplace and an additional full-size bed for extra sleeping space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, toaster oven, oven and air fryer, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron is also available for your convenience.
