Great pet friendly experience. Loved the house. Loved how close it was to the beach. Maybe a 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store within a mile. House was clean, well cared for, and honestly presents as nice as a luxury hotel. The quality of the materials inside are exceptional. The fun room on the lowest floor kept my teenagers busy for hours. Two different decks were awesome in the evenings with the sea breeze. Ms. Arnette checked in with us just enough and very responsive when had a question. We will stay here again!

This is a wonderful place for family vacation which is very close to beach and fully loaded to host a holiday feast. It’s roomy, clean and well appointed, plus perfect for the pups. The game room was a huge hit, especially for the late teenagers in the group.

This home was amazing! From its layout to its location. My favorite part was how pet friendly they were. For my girlfriend and I plus our 3 doodles (5total), this house couldn’t be beat. Minutes from everything including the soccer tourney we were in town for. The staff were very friendly as well whenever we called or messaged. Oh man, and the fenced in side yard, so clutch. Hats off to them. 5/5 stars

Great location! 1 block from the beach, a general store, golf cart rentals & grocery was 1/2 mile away. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood & only 20min drive to Main Drag of Myrtle Beach.Our family of 5 (including 2 teenagers and 1 dog) had the BEST time. And if you know anything about teenagers, the fact that they said they had a great time....means A LOT :)

The house was great! Clean and inviting. Fully stocked kitchen and supplies. There was plenty of room for my family. Extremely pet friendly! There is a side area fenced in for the dogs, a dog bed, and they even left some treats which our babies said were very good! I accidentally took the dog bed home thinking it was my daughter’s dogs, once I realized it was not ours I messaged them and they were very understanding. I ordered a replacement on Amazon but they said I could’ve mailed it back. The only reason for a 4 star is the elevator had issues and we needed the elevator repair man out twice. The elevator and pet friendliness is why we chose this house. My 81 year old mother is handicapped and can’t do any stairs so we had to wait for it to get fixed before she could enter/exit. They finally got a work around to get to the top floor to their bedroom. Communication with the rental property was prompt and very polite. I would stay there again.

Great Place to stay

The house was great and met all of our needs. The elevator is not operational unless your a handicap. I had a couple questions that I did reach out about that they never responded to. We only had 1 trash bag provided and the laundry detergent bottle was empty. TP quality wasn't the best but I understand trying to save money. I ran to the store which is 8 mins away and was able to get everything we needed for around 20. Overall, the house and location is really nice with comfortable beds. I would recommend staying here for sure and will plan to come back here!

A few things, including view, are out of control of the host due to surroundings. Looking at a high rise parking garage lit 24/7 was not the best. Great location to get to beach, touristy activities, and dining. Kitchen was not well equipped for a long term stay, but for a week, and if you eat out often, it works. Towels and bedding were your basic motel quality, so if you need to wrap after bathing or want soft sheets, bring your own. Biggest negative were the stairs- 19 to get to main floor and another 17 to get to the upstairs bedrooms. The elevator was not working, host was notified, but it was never repaired. On a daily basis the stairs were doable, but checking in and out with lots of luggage, dog supplies, toiletries, etc... the stairs were difficult. Hopefully that is repaired for next guests. Communication was speedy, but would've like follow up regarding the elevator issue.

Hey Diana! Thanks again for staying with us, we loved having you for the month. I went back and checked all communications with everyone here and all of our channels, and nothing was ever reported about the elevator. I know you were assisted on the day you arrived but from there no further communication was sent from you. Apologies we assumed that when we sent (3) checking in on ya messages, and they went unresponded too.. we thought yall might have just been out living life! Nonetheless.. thanks again for staying and hope yall had a safe trip home!

VERY DISAPPOINTING! An expensive camera was left behind, we saw the cleaning crew waiting to enter as we left but the property manager said it was not reported and could not recover it. There was a strong smell of dog urine throughout the house (we bought air fresheners that still didn't work). Linens were cheap and stained. A roach was found in the downstairs shower shower. The service elevator did not work or instructions were not provided to activate. Paper products were cheap and limited.

Not sure if you have our house confused with a different trip of yours, but the one star surely does not reflect the property and the numerous 5 stars reviews we have had since your stay as well.
