Located among the rolling hills, valleys, forests and wetlands of picturesque Caledon just north of Mississauga and Toronto. The Paintbrush golf course is across the road and the charming community of Caledon East with it gourmet food shops, cafes, farmers' market, arboretum and extensive gardens is a few minutes drive away. Hiking, biking, cycling and ski trails are also close by.

Approaching the property's front gate takes one along the top of the Niagara Escarpment with stunning views of the Mississauga and Toronto sky lines. Once through the front gate, the driveway winds through tall trees and beautifully landscaped gardens until it arrives at the front of the main house which is situated on a high elevated plain. The nearby year round pool house sits in front of the stunning infinity pool and hot tub. There are a number of fabulous outdoor seating and dining areas including an outdoor kitchen alongside the pool. A fire pit and tennis court complete the picture.
