Grill & chill on multiple patios with a fountain view, or cozy up by the double-sided fireplace with 4 bedrooms (5 beds + crib), 3 baths, a full gym space, and tons of parking. Just minutes from nature trails, golf courses, and charming local spots! Guests will need to bring their own golf clubs as none are provided.

â Outdoor living at its best with a swim spa, fountain, BBQ grill, several patios, and cozy seating areas perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
â Complimentary parking for 6+ vehicles in the driveway and carport.

â The master bedroom features a king bed, double-sided fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom.
â Bedroom 2 features a queen bed on the main floor.

The community offers a relaxed atmosphere with local markets, cozy cafĂ©s, and family-owned restaurants nearby. Whether youâre looking for farm-to-table dining or a quick coffee stop, youâll find plenty of inviting options.
For those seeking more activity, golf courses, equestrian centers, and cultural spots are all within easy reach. Youâll enjoy a mix of nature, leisure, and local character that makes every stay memorable.
â Car is the most convenient way to explore Caledon and beyond.
â Ample parking available on-site for multiple vehicles.
â Local taxi and rideshare services operate in the area.
â Regional bus routes connect to nearby towns and hubs.
â Cycling is a great option with scenic country roads and trails.
†The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
†Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
†Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.

1. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the Primary guest`s photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.
