Layout:
First floor features Living Room, Family Room, Game Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bathroom, Sauna, Garage and Bedroom (2 single beds) with a private bathroom.
Second floor features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Guest access
The entire house is available for your stay, offering privacy and comfort. Guests will have full access to 1st and 2nd floor as well as the backyard and garage.

Other things to note:
Pool heat is available for $120 per night.

Guest with no reviews will need to provide DL or ID for verification purposes. Guests must be over 21 to book. No third party reservation will be allowed and removal from the premises will be initiated immediately.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT
This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Guest(s) ("Guest") and the Owner/Host ("Host") of the property located at 25291 Gallup Cir, Laguna Hills, CA (the "Property"). By booking and staying at the Property, the Guest acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Guest acknowledges and understands that the use of the gym equipment, pool, spa, BBQ, sauna, fireplaces, outdoor fire pit, grass area for games, and any other amenities at the Property carries inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, burns, falls, drowning, property damage, or death. The Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of these amenities and agrees to use them responsibly and in compliance with any safety guidelines provided.

2. WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Host, property owners, managers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses arising from or related to the use of the gym equipment, pool, spa, BBQ, sauna, fireplaces, outdoor fire pit, grass area for games, or any other amenities at the Property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. INDEMNIFICATION
Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Host, property owners, managers, agents, and employees from any claims, demands, causes of action, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with Guest’s use of the gym equipment, pool, spa, BBQ, sauna, fireplaces, outdoor fire pit, grass area for games, or other amenities.

4. SAFETY RULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Guest agrees to use all amenities at their own risk and to ensure proper supervision of minors at all times.
The pool and spa are to be used responsibly. No diving, running, or unsupervised use is allowed. No glass containers near the pool or spa.
The BBQ and fireplaces must be used safely. Do not leave fires unattended, and ensure they are properly extinguished after use.
The sauna should not be used by individuals with medical conditions that could be aggravated by high heat. Hydration is advised.
The gym equipment should be used responsibly, and Guests acknowledge they are physically fit to use such equipment.
The outdoor fire pit must be used with extreme caution. No flammable substances should be added to the fire, and Guests must ensure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving the area.
The grass area for games is to be used responsibly. Guests acknowledge that running, jumping, and playing games involve risks, and the Host is not liable for any injuries that occur during such activities.
5. MINOR GUESTS
Any minors using the amenities must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. The Host is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the amenities by minors.

6. NO EXCEPTIONS / SEVERABILITY
This Agreement applies to all Guests and their invitees. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT
By booking and staying at the Property, Guest acknowledges they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement.
