Maison de plain-pied dans un petit quartier pittoresque

Cette chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée et deux salles de bains sont situées dans un quartier calme de marathon. Il a un plan d'étage ouvert avec une grande cuisine, salle à manger et salon parfait pour se divertir avec vue sur le canal à travers six portes coulissantes doubles pour profiter du paysage à l'extérieur tout en étant assis à l'intérieur. C'est l'endroit idéal pour recevoir famille et amis. Il y a un porche grillagé donnant sur le canal, idéal pour siroter votre café le matin ou pour vous divertir tard le soir.

La maison a deux chambres de maßtre avec deux lits queen dans chacune ainsi que deux salles de bain entiÚrement rénovées.

Avec plus de 75 pieds d'impuretés sur un canal en eau profonde, vous avez beaucoup d'espace pour amarrer votre bateau, vos jetskis ou vos kayaks, etc.

Ne soyez pas surpris si vous vous rĂ©veillez avec des lamantins dans le canal, car ils visitent souvent. Le canal est suffisamment propre pour mĂȘme y nager. Mais, il y a des bancs de sable Ă  proximitĂ© qui peuvent ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciĂ©s en un court trajet en bateau.

La piscine rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e donne sur le canal et les huttes tiki situĂ©es sur le quai avec un barbecue et une table de "nettoyage de poisson" idĂ©ale pour se divertir Ă  l'extĂ©rieur et garder un Ɠil sur les enfants qui nagent dans la piscine.

Attention Ă  tous les pĂȘcheurs car notre caractĂ©ristique prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e est notre "poste de vantardise" !!! Pour accrocher votre prise et poser pour des photos. La maison dispose d'un garage pour deux voitures avec un congĂ©lateur d'appĂąts et une machine Ă  glaçons commerciale pour remplir tous vos glaciĂšres chaque matin.

Marathon est une destination de pĂȘche majeure avec plusieurs charters au dĂ©part des marinas locales chaque matin, vous n'avez donc pas Ă  apporter votre propre bateau pour pĂȘcher. Vous pouvez Ă©galement choisir d'en louer un Ă  proximitĂ© et de le faire livrer Ă  la maison avant votre arrivĂ©e.

De nombreux rĂ©cifs autour du marathon en font une zone de pĂȘche, de plongĂ©e, de plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e et de homard populaire.
Et vous pouvez choisir de vous déconnecter du monde et de ne rien faire d'autre que de vous asseoir prÚs de la piscine en sirotant votre boisson préférée.

We had a wonderful fishing vacation! This house is perfectly set up and so comfortable. The shaded pool and fish cleaning were amazing after coming back from a long day fishing! We will definitely be back!

Lovely Property

Very nice place with attractive decor. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Comfort height toilets are a plus for persons with a handicap. Very clean and prompt response from owners answering any questions.

Famous Christmas

This was a great property for our family of 7 to come together and celebrate Christmas! The house was well stocked with supplies and very clean! It is close to many restaurants and activities! We enjoyed the pool and fishing in the canal!

Great week!

Everything was as described in the ad. The hosts were great to work with and place was amazing. This is a perfect spot if you have a boat and are looking to fish out of the little keys. Their house is completely set up for a great Fishing experience.

Family Spring break 2024

Our family had such a wonderful time during our stay. We could barely get our grandchildren out of the pool. The rest of the family loves to fish and spent so many hours doing just that right outside the back door. Morning coffee on the back screened in patio was the best. Would 100% recommend this property for your next stay in the FL Keys.

Perfect!

This home was, if you can believe it, even better than the pictures! The layout was perfect and very spacious. The screened porch with ceiling fans was such a wonderful addition. The outside area was like a resort! My husband uses a wheelchair and was able to get out- doors and back in on his own which was a real ego booster. Linda responded very quickly to any and all questions we had. With all the high end appliances, it would have been helpful to have the manuals available. The only suggestions we would make would be is to 1) add a fence on the far side of the house to secure the yard. This would be a plus for dog owners. And the second suggestion is to heat the pool. We were informed, before we contracted, that the pool was not heated. Most of the year it wouldn’t need to be, but it certainly needed to be this January! This is the perfect vacation home for anyone, especially for handicapped or families with children (no stairs!). We have been renting in Marathon for many years and this home was our favorite!

Great place

I originally chose this house because it was all one floor and my husband cannot climb stairs. The owner was so accommodating for our special needs. The house was clean and welcoming. The big screen tv was wonderful. I am a caterer so I cooked almost all the meals when we were there and the high end Kitchen Aid appliances were wonderful. The owner answered my emails promptly. We will definitely stay there again.

Amazing Place! Perfect for a long fishing or lobster vacation.

We were excited when we saw the photos of this place, but when we got there we were blown out of our minds! The setup is perfect! Dock for your boat with cleaning station (and they had cleaning knives for you), tiki bar to sit back and enjoy a drink, pool is perfect to relax in any time of the day, a back porch that is screened with chairs and table to sit in relax in, and a sun deck between the patio and the dock to layout in the sun (or setup cornhole). That’s just the outside. Inside it is very roomy and cozy, and they have everything you need, including a commercial ice maker and deep freezer! Our group had a great time and this house provided the best venue for our gathering. Definitely will be back here!

Best vacation ever!

This house is the best vacation we have ever taken. The pictures do not do this house justice. It was clean, spacious, and quiet. Anything you need is within 3 miles, and having the boat docked right outside was awesome. We will be staying here every time we go to the keys!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful and centrally located. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool, because the water was way too cold, so that was a bummer. We did get to see a manatee in the canal and an iguana visited us as well. Highly recommend this place!

Great Home and outdoor space

Wonderful home and location! Fantastic outside space. We spent a lot of pool time and grilling time (great Bull Grill!) there! Home was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Did not want to leave. Will book again the next time we head to The Keys!

Amazing Place

Loved this property. Much more spacious than the pictures show and great outdoor space. We spent most days outside fishing in the canal and swimming in the pool. We are already planning our next trip!

Peaceful paradise

This property is probably the only place I’ve stayed where I thought the reality was even better than the pictures. The house was roomy and comfortable and the entire property was beautiful and well thought out. The hosts thought of every convince from the ice maker and bait freezer to extra gas cans if you needed to get gas for the boat. The pool and grill area is perfect to kids to play and adults to relax. The location is quiet and private but convenient to stores and restaurants. My family of 3 generations ages 4 to 60 all had an absolutely wonderful time.

The property exceeded my expectations.

The property was exceptional from the street to the rubber rails on the sea wall. Not living in the area, it would have been helpful to know about the shallow water at the end of the waterway. Having an experienced captain with us it was not a problem. I know it is not the property owner responsibility to let renters know about shallow water but for novice boaters it really would have been helpful. That being said we had no problems and would like to return for another stay in the future.

Ideal vacation home in Marathon, Fl

Impeccably maintained water front home inside and out. Everything you need after a day of fishing or just relax around the very well thought out pool entertainment area. This will be one that i return to many times in the future. I highly recommend this vacation property and very much appreciate the host attention to detail and fantastic communication.

Perfect Vacation Rental

House was in excellent condition. Everything was very clean. It had everything you need while on vacation. It was in a very convenient location in Marathon. The canal leading to the ocean was great to have if you are boating. Pool area was clean and had shade. Could not ask for a better vacation rental experience. Owners were very responsive and allowed us an early check in since the house was ready early. Their communication was great.

Wonderful!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. We saw manatees in the channel, the pool, ice maker, grill, and the beds were great. There were 8 of us, two families of four. It was a windy week, boating didn't really happen so we really enjoyed the house more than we planned and loved it. We hope to be back!
