The guest has access to the entire property when renting the entire house.

A cash deposit is due upon arrival and will be returned upon departure. This varies depending on the number of nights you stay.
For stays of up to 15 days it is $1,000. For stays of 16 days to 29 days it is $3,000 and for stays of 30 days or more it is one month's rent.

- El Check in es de 3pm a 7pm. De 7:01pm a 9pm se realizara un cargo adicional de $300pesos a pagar a tu llegada. Después de las 9pm
- No se puede fumar adentro del departamento, solo en áreas sociales, ten cuidado ya que estamos en la selva y no queremos ocasionar un incendio.
- IMPORTANTE puede haber ruido de construccion de 9am a 6pm , ya que en el terreno de alado estan construyendo. Por este inconveniente es que cuentas con una tarifa con descuento.
- Favor de dejar recogido, para tu comodidad nosotros nos encargamos de limpiar el departamento a tu salida.
- Puedes disfrutar y festejar con tu familia y amigos hasta las 10pm. Después de este horario aprovecha y siente la musica de la selva


Prohibido fumar en la habitación, en caso de fumar dentro de la habitación se cobrará una multa de $2000 pesos.
