Comme à la maison - Location de vacances Sea Oats 403 (note Bronze) - Directement en bord de mer avec balcon privé donnant sur la plage et le golfe. Floride couleur décorée - directement en bord de mer - Condo de location de vacances (403), récemment repeint - voir les photos de l'intérieur, avec une incroyable vue panoramique sur le golfe au 4e étage; Condo spacieux de 1400 pieds carrés, avec salon et chambre principale avec de nouvelles portes coulissantes en verre offrant une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique. Salon et chambre principale partageant un balcon privé face au golfe donnant directement sur la plage. Grand écran plat HD Smart TV dans le salon avec lecteur DVD / magnétoscope et de nombreux films au choix. Condo a stéréo avec lecteur CD, jeux de société, cartes, etc ... et de nombreux livres à choisir. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec four double et grand réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons (concassée et en cubes!), trois chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. La chambre principale a deux nouveaux lits en mousse à mémoire, un lit king size et un lit double, et une télévision HD à écran plat et une salle de bain principale avec douche de massage et sèche-cheveux. Une autre grande chambre a deux nouveaux matelas complets en mousse à mémoire et une télévision et une salle de bains privative avec douche de massage et sèche-cheveux. 3e chambre a un lit queen et une belle vue sur la voie navigable Intercoastal. Tout nouveau téléviseur à écran plat de 43 pouces. Laveuse et sécheuse dans la buanderie du condo avec chaises de plage, jouets, articles de flottaison et planches de bodyboard pour votre usage. Profitez de la piscine chauffée au bord de la plage avec accès pour handicapés et des toilettes au bord de la piscine, des kilomètres de plage de sable blanc et de sucre, des cabanes de pique-nique / Tiki et des barbecues au charbon de bois (3). Court de tennis privé récemment rénové (janvier 2018). Suncoast Bus Trolley s'arrête juste devant le condo et s'étend sur des kilomètres entre le pittoresque village écossais de Dunedin dans le nord jusqu'à St. Pete Beach au sud. Accès Internet sans fil gratuit. Taux de bronze - grande valeur - voir les photos! Le propriétaire propose des séjours plus courts en dehors des périodes de pointe. Appelez pour vous renseigner! We love Sea Oats. Love waking up to the waves, with our morning coffee. Love sitting on our balcony and enjoying the sunsets.

Great location and Gulf views! Easy beach access, pool was nice. Unit needs to be updated, but Owner was upfront in the rental description letting us know the unit is outdated. Overall stay was good as most of our time was spent on the beach and by the pool. Thank you for sharing your condo.

I was a little worried after seeing some other reviews, but seaoats 403 is perfect. We really enjoyed our time here, and it was a great location. 5 out of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

Great view good beds. Toilet could use some tweaking .washer and dryer were great and pretty new. Pleasantly surprised. Stove could be releveled. Needs wine glasses and a better assortment of shorter glasses. Nice fry pan and pots and pans okay.

Needs updates but worked for us.

The condo needs some serious updates especially the beds. Whoever stayed before us just put their dirty dishes in the cupboards so we washed everything before we used them. There were plenty of bath towels and some beach gear that we were able to use. Sea Oats is a very nice property and the pool and beach are great.

There was plenty of room for all of everyone.We have been visiting this beautiful location for many years. Our children are all adults now. And we are so grateful they were all able to join us this year. Brought back lots of wonderful memories, and gave us a chance to make many more amazing memories. God willing we will return next year.

Had a great time and the view was beautiful. Loved watching dolphins swim by. Will definitely be back. The only thing I would recommend is ceiling fans in the other bedrooms.

Girls Trip for a Week

My girlfriends and I from college try to do a yearly trip away each summer. We love the clearwater area and were so excited to find Sea Oats! The booking and check in process were extremely easy. We were even allowed to check in early as soon as we arrived to the area. The condo was the perfect location, right on the beach and easily accessible to the areas other big attractions. The only things to point out is that one of the beds with the ocean view room was broken, as well as a dining room chair. The utensils were also dirty looking, but we just washed them before using. Overall, we had an amazing week staying in Sea Oats!

Better than bronze

After being displaced from Fort Myers due to Ian, we ventured to the St Pete area. The condo accommodated myself, my sister and my 4 kids perfectly. Reviews saying it hasn’t been updated were a little off as most condos on the beach are not typically aesthetically modern (at this price point) and we weren’t disappointed at all (the pictures of the interior depicted it perfectly). Having laundry in the room was a huge perk along with plenty of space for everyone. Only recommendations would be adding some beach chairs to the room as there are not any on the beach. Beach, pool, view and parking were great.

Beautiful Beach

The condo is in a beautiful place with great shelling for miles. The condo is a bit outdated. There are no ceiling fans in any other rooms except the living room. We went there after Irma and place was pretty clean. However, pool could be cleaned more than once a week but it could have been because clean up from Irma. Bedrooms were very hot went to Walmart and got a fan for our stay. The condo is close to many great restaurants and shopping. The building itself is in a great spot. Would maybe try another condo in the same building.

Living in the 70's but in filth.

There was hair in the bed and refrigerator. There was blood on the walls and rugs. The plumbing needs work. No box spring in the bed, so it sets almost on the floor. Over all it needs to be up grated. I don't believe anything has been done since it was built. I don't recommend it.

Thankful but needs work

Positive: Very appreciative of being able to get 3BR on beach with about only a month before trip during spring break and very appreciative of owners. Great view and fun location. Unit has great bones and size. New refrigerator, stove top and microwave Negative: mattresses were uncomfortable, flat pillows, took an hour to figure out living room tv as there were no instructions, electrical outlets that didn’t work, outdated furniture, 4 pieces to blinds missing, master shower-curtain fell down (I put it back in place), only one lamp in children’s room worked (which was enough for us), outdated hardware, matted down carpet. Vents were very dirty and need cleaned: my wife was coughing constantly from the dirty air flowing thru the unit. Place just needs to be invested in and it’d be a great place. Like I said: great bones.

Great Place! Don't know what others expect

I was pleasantly surprised after so many negative reviews about this condo. It was clean, had loads of space, and a killer view and location. The one issue we had was the bathroom light and that was taken care of within a couple of hours after reporting it to management. They had to bring in an electrician to fix the problem; it wasn't just changing a light bulb. Front desk people were as nice as they could be and very helpful. I found the beds to be very comfortable and so did the rest of my party. Because of being particularly picky about pillows, I brought my own but others in my party didn't and just doubled up on pillows. I did not hear any complaints. There were plenty of amenities, including a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and an umbrella. The layout was perfect for us and everyone had a bed and there was plenty of bathroom space. I always had hot water when I showered, but we all kind of staggered our shower times. Both toilets worked just fine. I do know the plumbing in this particular building can be sensitive and that is just par for the course (my sister's in-laws own a condo at Sea Oates). Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone. In fact, I will stay there again the next time we visit the area.

Kitchen is HORRIBLE the sliding glass door doesn’t close all the way and the blinds some were there and some were hanging there by tape ugh. It needs an update badly. TheBathrooms need updated also this is our second time staying at 403. Never again.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have rented condos at Seaoats throughout the years multiple times and this is the first time we have been disappointed. The pictures for this particular rental number 403 are very outdated and misleading. First, parts of the kitchen are falling apart, there is minimal mismatched silverware and not sure if there’s an issue with the dishwasher but most dishes were very dirty. The sliding glass door to the balcony did not latch or lock very well if even at all. There was holes in the living room furniture. For a condo that could sleep 10 people, there was only 4 dining room chairs at the table. The light above dining table looked like a bathroom fixture and had mixed shade light bulbs. The toilets would barely flush enough to take down toilet paper, therefore had to use plungers often. One of the beds was missing a boxy spring leaving it very low to the ground. We love this building for the views off the balcony but unfortunately didn’t get to sit out often due to 3 out of 4 broken chairs.
