Really nice and surprisingly roomy.

This condo is really, really nice. We've been coming to the area for over a decade and stayed at the same place every year. Now, we wish we had found this place sooner. It's spacious, great floor plan, nicely decorated and great location. I'm going back. Right here.

Great Beach side Condo for a Family

Stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and 4 young children. The place was perfect for us as it had plenty of beds and space for famiky activities. The walk to the beach is about 45 seconds and the complex is quiet and small. Hoping to make this is regular place we visit when we want to be at the beach.

Good vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great vacation! We loved the location, the staff was very helpful! There are a few things that could be better, the kitchen appliances need updated for example the skillets were difficult to use bc everything stuck to them. The lighting in the master bathroom was very dim, it needs improved. Cleanliness could have been a little better, sand was still in the floor but overall was clean. I would recommend giving the whole condo a more updated look however we enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to stay again!

Fantastic experience!

The unit is (in my opinion) even better than the photos! Great location and convenient to restaurants, a little grocery store and most certainly the beach and pool. We loved every second and will definitely return!

Always a Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th time staying at Hamilton House 306. We love everything about it. Unfortunately, we were there during the 4th of July and this year it was extremely crowded. We have been there during the Fourth of July many of times. However, I don’t ever recall seeing the beach, so extremely crowded and the condo itself. Nothing was locked at the condo and people were walking up from the beach and using the pool which was extremely frustrating. Beyond that, everything was the way I remember it, perfect. I love JC Resorts. Holly and the staff is always accommodating, friendly and always make us feel welcome. We have used JC resorts for 10 plus years and they have never disappointed us. Thank You

great for what it was

We have been coming to IRB for over 40 years. The changes in the area have gone commercial. It used to be residential but now is highly commercial. The condo in itself was fine except for the condition of the dining room chairs and several light fixtures and lamps had burned out bulbs. For as much as we paid for this condo, we were a little disappointed. Will probably stay in the area again but not at this particular condo.

Condo in need of updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of our stay was good, but our condo is in dire need of remodeling. The furniture is old and some of it broken. We did not sit at the dining room table for fear that the chairs would break. The mattresses were way too soft and the master bed was way too high off the ground. The worst part of our week was we couldn’t use the balcony much due to people below us smoking pot on their balcony. Due to all of this we will probably look for another property to stay at next year.

Quiet and Spacious

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is wonderful. Its large, updated and accommodating. The best may be the very comfortable mattresses in every room! The balcony is huge and we spent a lot of evenings on it. The side view was peaceful but we missed our front views. The unit is across the street from a few restaurants, but most are 10 mins away either toward Clearwater or Redington Beach. Easy access to car and beach and pool!

Fantastic location for vacation!

The property was very nice and just as pictured...do be careful as the bathrooms and bedrooms are a little dark. Definitely not enough light in the bathrooms, especially for makeup. Also, bring your beach towels, they are NOT offered and the "beach gear" was a hot mess. We came from PA so obviously didn't bring umbrellas and such with us. Otherwise, location is wonderful and the beach was amazing!

The only problem for us was the bedroom that had two double beds seem to be sunk in the middle and my son woke up with a terrible back ache every morning. Also the bedrooms were extremely warm . Besides that we really enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year for our third vacation with them .

Nice place to stay

The condo is beautifully decorated for sure. The lighting is nice however no woman has ever tried to apply makeup in the bathrooms. 🥺 There was a draining problem in the bathrooms that was reported to property management. The master shower was great, only one shower head worked which was a little disappointing. Beds were nice, a little soft; understandable that everyone has their preference for a mattress. The kitchen was well stocked, there was nothing we needed and couldn’t find other than a pair of scissors 😆. There was plenty of towels for the week for 6 people and the washing machine and dryer were great. There were only 2 trash bags provided for the week and 2 rolls of TP, so we had to purchase these items unexpectedly. We loved the fact the gates were locked and opened only by code, however the code to enter the elevator lobby is clearly visible to anyone who may wish to enter. Pool was very clean and refreshing, great access to the beach. Lots of great access to local shopping. The area was great, wonderful location. We walked to ice cream and dinner. Highly recommend IRB Creamery and TJ’s Italian Cafe. We easily went to Clearwater and John’s Pass.
