Peaceful 3-Bedroom Country Farmhouse Situated on 125 Acre Horse Farm

The Farmhouse at Lindwood offers 3-bedroom and 2-full bathrooms with enough space to accommodate up to 6 guests.

The house combines the old fashion charm of a farmhouse with modern comforts such as WiFi, Smart TV's, Washer & Dryer, and Air Conditioning. For those that love to cook, prepare a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen then gather around the large dining room table to enjoy your family dinner.

However you spend your time while at The Farmhouse at Lindwood, this peaceful property will quickly become your home away from home.

The farmhouse is located on a real working horse farm, so from time to time you will see farm equipment during your stay and if you happen to be here between January and June, you may have the opportunity to witness the birth of a foal.

Enjoy the beauty of the horses and farm views from almost every room in the house. Guests have use of the entire farmhouse with the exception of the attic, basement and garage.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the views of the property, walking trails, and farm fish pond. Guests are not permitted inside the horse pastures or barns unless accompanied by the property hosts. Walking up to the horse fence to view the horses is permitted. Fishing is allowed at the farm pond, but all fish must be caught and released. Sorry, but we do not allow swimming at the farm pond.

For our equestrian guests, Lindwood Farm offers a place to board your horse during your stay.

We are conveniently located near ski resorts, golf courses, white water rafting, amusement parks, casinos, bike trails, breweries, wineries and the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Less than an hour drive from Pittsburgh and just minutes away from local shopping and restaurants.

No parties, events or outside guests permitted unless approved in advance by the property hosts. Smoking is prohibited (this includes smoking, vaping, ALL tobacco products, and e-cigarettes.) Children must be supervised at all times.

The Farmhouse at Lindwood does not allow pets.

Our stay was great! Host greeted us upon arrival to show us around. Checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Communication was easy and responsive. The house was amazing. It had everything we needed! Kids had a great time fishing in the pond and visiting the horses. We would definitely recommend. Very relaxing stay!

We had a beautiful stay at the Farmhouse, and especially appreciated the personal care and graciousness of the hosts! Every room was charming and comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to make good meals to enjoy in the dining room or the screened back porch. Daily strolls on the farm and interactions with beautiful horses made it extra special. Thank you, Dennis and Gina!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at the farmhouse. It had everything we needed, it was perfectly clean and Gina was so wonderful and helpful as well as a great communicator. Our bed in the master was so very comfortable and there were more than enough pillows and extra blankets, though we were there in the early fall. We all agreed we would stay here again next time we are all in town! Absolutely loved our time there. The only thing that I would tell other travelers is that there isn't a coffee maker - just a Keurig. However, there was a great little coffee shop/bakery less than a minute's drive. PLEASE don't let that stop you. It was wonderful and we all loved the screened in porch in the morning too!!

The farm house is a beautiful place to stay and relax. We spent most of our free time on the amazing screened in porch. We enjoyed watching the horses by day and the fireflies by night. The location is peaceful and quiet. The house has plenty of space for a large family or in our case, a party of three adults. Greensburg was close and had plenty of yummy food options. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay at the farmhouse again

It was lovely. There was an array of snacks and coffees. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. A very sunny house with horses in the back yard and across the street. I'm sure we will stay again on our next visit to PA. My only negative was the twin bed was a bit uncomfortable. Thanks Gina for being a great host.

What a wonderful destination. From the hospitality of the hosts, Gina and Dennis, the serene settings, the early morning dewy mist on the horses and pastures, the farmhouse, with its screened in sun room (my favorite spot). I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea. So if your thinking of the Greensburg area, or even if your not, this is a must for anyone wanting relaxation.

Farmhouse stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse and Gina was a terrific host. She was very communicative throughout our entire stay, met us upon arrival (it was late in the evening too) for a quick tour, and provided us with some helpful local recommendations for meals. We'd definitely book here again if we're back in the area.

Absolutely beautiful place. The owners were responsive and super friendly. We had plenty of space for two young kids to play and explore. The sunroom was great and we got views of the horses on the property. The space was very clean and had everything we needed. We would live to come back and stay again! I would highly recommend this place to others.
