House Rules & Requirements:

• Rental Agreement: Required within three days of booking.
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ to book.
• No Parties: All guests must be registered, and quiet hours start at 9 PM to 8 AM.
• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. These times are set to ensure our team has enough time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for each guest. If you need earlier access or a later departure, the best way to guarantee additional time is to book an extra night before arrival or after departure, subject to availability.

• Valuables: Please check your belongings before checking out. While we aren’t responsible for lost items, no worries — we’re happy to ship anything back to you for a flat $50 shipping & handling fee once payment is received.
