Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall and appreciate you letting us know about the floors. We wish we had heard from you during your visit — we would have been happy to take care of it right away. We’ll share your comments with our property care team to ensure future guests have an even more comfortable experience, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, clean pools, and that the condo was well equipped for your stay. We’re sorry to hear about your initial interaction at check-in. The property and security desk are staffed by the HOA, but we certainly understand how that first impression can impact your arrival experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re glad your interactions with the staff afterward were much more welcoming. We’ve also noted the washing machine concern so it can be checked. Thank you for recommending the condo, and we’d be happy to welcome you and your family back for another stay!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We always want our guests to feel well-prepared for their stay, which is why we load our guest book and listing with as much detail as possible—including information about parking passes and wristbands, which are determined by the HOA and vary by property. Some parking passes can be purchased on-site, while others we’re able to pre-purchase and include in your total, so we aim to make that process as smooth as possible. Regarding early check-in, we did communicate ahead of your arrival that it would not be available in order for our team to properly prepare the condo, especially during peak season when the turnaround is tight. We’re glad we were able to provide a goodwill compensation for the housekeeping concerns you raised and truly regret if the towels, kitchen setup, or lack of entry mats fell short of your expectations. Sand is a tricky guest of its own on the coast—it manages to find its way into every corner—but your point about mats is a fair one, and we’ll review that for future stays. We aim for each visit to feel effortless and enjoyable, and while we’re disappointed to hear this wasn’t your favorite experience in Orange Beach, we truly appreciate your perspective and will use it to improve.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Beach Getaways. We’re glad you found the condo nice and clean, though we’re sorry the washer issue affected your stay and that the replacement could not be delivered before your departure. Our team worked to arrange both repairs and a replacement as quickly as possible, and compensation was provided and accepted as the agreed resolution for the inconvenience and the clothing affected. We do respectfully ask that you consider revising your review to reflect the full context of your experience, including our efforts to resolve the issue and the compensation provided. Future guests and the property owner rely on accurate and balanced feedback when making decisions.
