Congratulations, you just found the one! Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Our brand new beautiful moody apartment is perfect for you stay in Nashville. You can walk to bars and restaurants and are a very short uber/lyft to downtown! We also have free parking and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Our 1 bedroom apartment is on the top floor (3rd). We have a king bed in the bedroom along with a queen size pull out and 2 twin cots for extra sleeping.
We have a full kitchen with everything you need to make meals and enjoy your morning coffee. The unit also comes with an amazing shared rooftop space that is perfect for a drink before heading out at night.

You will have access to the unit, parking and rooftop. We will issue you a code at least 48 hours prior to your check in.

We are local and available, but not on site.

Would you like a Nashville recording artist to come play a private set? We can have one come to our home for y'all! His name is Noah Alan and you can find his original music on all platforms!

*If you have a large group and need more space this unit is 1 of 7 with all different designs. Ask us how to add additional units.

There is a shared washer and dryer in the complex.

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
