The Loft is located in Tallahassee`s Old Town Neighborhood. It is a quiet, mature residential neighborhood where we are `At Home in the Heart of It All`. We are located less than a few miles from downtown, the Capitol complex, FSU and FAMU. We are also located near numerous restaurants, shopping, parks and Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Walk, bike, drive or public transportation...all options...YOUR CHOICE!
The LOFT at Magnolia Hill. Come enjoy the beauty, comforts and conveniences that this fully appointed 2 bedroom apartment has to offer. Located on the second floor, The Loft offers peace, security and serenity with tree top views! Our differentiators include an unmatched historical charm including a true `southern` front porch with rockers, hardwood floors throughout the apartment and eclectic furnishings with an attention to details all while being conveniently located near the Capitol complex, FSU and FAMU. Whether you are here for work or vacation, the apartment is equipped to meet your needs. We offer high speed Wifi, a work station with charging ports, televisions in each bedroom and the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher, comfortable queen size beds with plush bedding; a full bathroom with bluetooth speakers and free onsite parking. So, come sit on our porch, enjoy the shade of our 100 year old magnolia tree or just be amazed at some of our spectacular sunsets from the comforts of our LOFT!
