Perfect location. Beautiful view! Very roomy. Extra large, well equipped kitchen. Parking garage. On-site pool, bar, and restaurant. Perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids.

Very nice and spacious condo. Much better equipped than any of our last rentals, plus it was nicer! Rhonda was very helpful with the whole process. Would recommend her and her condo to everyone!!

By far the cleanest, best maintained vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Everything looked as pictured. We had everything we needed. The entire property is also clean and well maintained. The host Rhonda, communicates quickly and was wonderful! We loved our stay here and would stay there again!

This condo is spacious, clean, well equipped with everything needed for a week or more, at the beach. The location was perfect for pool and ocean views. Very convenient having the restaurant on site! The host was so easy to work with, very informative about the check-in process. We will probably rent this same condo another time.

Plenty of room for a 3 BR condo. There is an oceanview but not a beachview as you are overlooking the pools and bar/grill (which has gotten very busy since our last visit in 2016). The grounds are very pretty and well kept. The water pressure is low making it difficult for more than one shower, bath, or washer to run at the same time. The balcony is on the small side to spend much time on. We are grateful to find this last minute booking due to the hurricane in the gulf causing or reservations to be canceled. Our grandsons had a great time on Tybee's beach. We enjoyed the calm, laid back atmosphere of the island. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

We had a wonderful stay on the island and the condo for our families needs. My husband and I traveled with our three children and the property was exactly what we needed. The rooms were so comfortable and close to everything on the island. Having easy access to the beach and then also the pool was so nice. The heated pool was where our children spent most of their time. The room itself was clean, great air conditioning and had a balcony we liked to sit. We would definitely come back here again!

Most convenient VRBO I ever stayed. Beach, pool, restaurant and bar all in the same property just a few steps to get to. Most all inclusive option without actually being one. The condo was just the right amount of space and the balcony oversaw everything including the sunrise every morning. Teens felt safe on all the property alone.

Condo was great, lots of room and space for kids to hang out. Condo was very clean and had so many amenities such a sand toys, chairs, a cooler which was so helpful when you fly down. Resort was nice, the restaurant, The Deck is great! We didn’t have the best weather so we were hoping the heated pool would help, the heater broke half way through stay and they said it was fixed but it never really felt warmAgain.

The condo was nice. We had 6 adults and a toddler. We definitely could have used more bath towels. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of space to cook. The patio is small and the outdoor sofa could be cleaned or new cushions. Overall would stay here again and the location for the parade was excellent.

Great stay in Tybee Island

We planned a trip with friends to see the Savannah Bananas. Initially we were going to stay in Savannah proper but found this spot in Tybee Island. It proved to be the perfect area for our two families to enjoy everything Savannah had to offer. It was about 30 minutes to get to downtown (we spent a day exploring the city and going to Leopolds ice cream). The condo offered two suites and one room with two smaller beds for the two boys to share (which they loved). Everything was organized and clean when we arrived. The pool, restaurant (which we ended up using more than we thought and was very good in our opinion), and beach were all great to have for the kids. There were plenty of fun things to do such as Captain Derek's dolphin tours, Fort Pulaski, the lighthouse and more. Communication with Rhonda (property manager) was very easy and she was kind as can be. We would definitely recommend this property, and it was part of making our trip one to remember.

The condo was so cute! It had a quirky-beach-charm that felt vintage and comfortable. It was a lot more spacious than we thought from the listing photos; the rooms were huge! The kitchen had plenty of countertop and cabinet space for our supplies and when cooking. There was a great view of the pool and the ocean from our balcony. It took about five minutes to walk to the beach and it was great having access to the parking garage! My party discussed coming back to this exact condo for our return trip to Tybee Island. We had a fantastic time!

We loved our stay here! The pictures dont do the rooms justice, it was even nicer than we expected! The living area was large and spacious. The amenities can't be beat, the pool was awesome, and having the restaurant on site was super convenientWould 100% stay here again in a heartbeat.
