Garage and upstairs Unit not included. Very Private! There are 3 parking spots in driveway & two spots in front of home. Please do not park on street without pass on windshield, car cannot be parked sticking out in street from driveway, DO NOT SPEED please! If you get a ticket it comes to me and you will need to pay it.
