Located just a few blocks from Merida's main square, you'll be within walking distance of Santa Lucia Park and the Plaza Principal, and a few steps from Montejo’s Avenue. Experience unique local flavors every day, including public dance and music performances, weekend craft markets, outdoor restaurants, late-night street food like marquesitas and esquites, and the best mezcal bars.

The defining landmark is Merida's main cathedral, the San Ildefonso Cathedral, built on Mayan ruins; it's one of the largest and oldest cathedrals in Latin America.

PARKING
There is one parking spot at home. Also there is street parking available at the premises.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Merida to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this home has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4 PM and check-out time is prior to or at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
