Luxury Casa Lourdes in Merida, Centro

Casa Lourdes is a brand new house located in Santiago area of Merida, Centro. The house accommodates up to 4 guests maximum in 2 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and has open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The house is full of natural light, great airflow throughout, relaxing patio by the pool and additional private patio of upper bedroom. In between main and the second floor there is a split level that is designed to be as a relaxing area or it could be used as separate private workspace.
As mentioned above house has a lot of natural light coming in the morning and even though all windows are tinted with SolarGuard film there are no extra curtains in the bedrooms so keep that in mind please. We will provide sleeping masks for the guests.
Given that house is located in the very Center of Mèrida occasional noise is to be expected at times.

We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Lourdes. Nenad is a gracious host and made all the logistics surrounding the booking, our arrival, any questions very easy. The location of the house is an easy walk to all the major spots, and located on a nice quiet street. The house is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accommodation! Our family of four stayed here for a week. This location is walking distance to most of places we visited in Merida. Yet it felt out of the crazy hustle and bustle of the super populated center. Nenad the host is easy to communicate with and his property is great. Comfortable beds, outstanding RO water filter, nice space, easy to use and well functioning air conditioners, yummy coffeee, fun little pool for the kids. We would stay here again!

The area was in the historic part of Merida lots of character in the building buildings. Parking was easy right on the street in front of the unit. WOW! We were here for 8 nights in May. It was over 100 degrees every day, cooler at night, and the air conditioning in the house worked perfectly and the ceiling fans kept the air circulating. The entire house is absolutely stunning. Every room is beautiful and the views of the pool and garden are seen from the whole house. Gigantic glass windows and 20 foot high ceilings give the house a wide open and gorgeous look. Her choice of artwork is amazing and the fact that she has decided to NOT have any TVs is so refreshing. The pool is perfect for cooling off after a full day of sight seeing. Fully stocked kitchen that we didn’t use since there are so many great restaurants a short Uber ride away. Free parking right outside the door, laundry room and maid service 2x per week. We rented a rent a car from Thrifty, a short Uber ride to the Fiesta Americana, for 3 days to do some road trips. I don’t think we have ever been in such a wonderful vacation home like this anywhere in the world. We highly recommend staying here for a relaxing stay in Merida.

Host was great. Very responsive. The property is nicely located and extremely well appointed. Everything worked well. My only complaint is that the are no drapes or curtains in the bedrooms. There are high exterior walls so one is not truly exposed, but there's no blocking the sun in the morning and there is no privacy if someone is in the pool area since they can see into the bedrooms.Extremely clean, nicely furnished. Would definitely stay there again.

Thank you Len for the kind words. just a small remark if I could, all glass doors and windows have special foil called Solar Guard that provide complete privacy during the day and act as a mirror when outside so no one can actually see inside from the patio/pool area and also blocks UV and heat, it lowers temperature 4-6 degrees additionally. House is specifically designed for lots of lights and has very large glass surfaces, most people come to Merida in search of light and blue skies. Regardless appreciate your comments. The communication was amazing! Check in was easy and the home was spotless! The location made it easy for us to walk to many parts of Centro! The home was quiet and the neighborhood very safe! I would stay here again!

Amazing stay

Within walking distance of everything in the Centro. The pool was amazing! Very private. Great communication with the host. We were in awe of the modern style of the building and how it was decorated. Visited the beach twice during our stay. Can't believe how inexpensive it was to Uber around the area.
