Parking: Most houses in downtown Mérida do not have parking spaces due to their older design. However, you can park on the street in front of the house.

Climate: Mérida has a hot and humid climate, so it is common to find insects such as ants, spiders, lizards, scorpions, cockroaches, etc. Although the house is regularly fumigated, there is always a possibility of finding insects.
