The living area is furnished with comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. IMPORTANT: This unit/apartment AND ITS BALCONY are Smoke-Free; the entire Westwinds property is a Smoke-Free Property.*Smoke-Free means: NO cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs, vape, dry or water pipe, incense, herb smudge sticks, marijuana or its derivative by pipe or rolled paper, or any other combustible or aerosolized material that produces smoke, vapor, odor, or airborne particulates. This applies to unit balconies, as well as the pool deck, grill, and tiki hut area.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.*All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. A copy of each guests insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.
