*Domaine Aux Grands Pins provides access to a magnificent sandy beach, nestled on the banks of a river. A mere 2-minute stroll from the chalet leads you to the river`s edge, offering an idyllic setting for families and nature enthusiasts to explore the surrounding trails on our expansive property.

Chalet 1 - Aux Grands Pins
*Inside, we offer two cozy bedrooms, a sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a welcoming living room, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably.

Chalet 2 - Synergie
*Our chalet features three enclosed bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, two full bathrooms, a very fully equipped kitchen, two cozy living rooms, one with a piano and plenty of board games, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. We also offer a confortable desktop area. We do have a wood fireplace inside.

Chalet 3 - Enchanteur
*Inside, discover three cozy bedrooms, a convenient sofa bed, two luxurious bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen awaiting your culinary adventures. Accommodating up to 8 guests, our chalet provides ample space for everyone to unwind.

Chalet 4 - Aventurière
*Our newly constructed chalet features one enclosed bedroom with a king-size bed, a loft bedroom, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably.

*Bring along your furry friend to roam our grounds, or embark on adventurous kayaking excursions to Saint-Jean-de-Matha. You will have access to 2 kayaks for your stay.

*Enjoy in relaxation with our covered, all-season hot tub, or unwind by a crackling campfire to conclude your day in style. We also have a playground for kids.

✦ You will have access to the entire domain and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of a storage space.

⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them.

TVs
While our chalets are equipped with smart TVs, please note that we do not provide cable channels for viewing.

PETS
We may allow one small dog per booking/per chalet, pending approval. Prior to confirmation, we`ll request additional details about your furry companion, including size. A $500 security deposit and a $100 extra cleaning fee/chalet will be required for pet stays.

SPRING
Please be aware that during the spring season, our beautiful river may swell, and our land could be affected by water. Not to worry, our chalet remains accessible, but we recommend bringing along your rain boots just in case.

*KAYAKS*
Kayaks will be available from June 1st, unless high water levels prevent it. They will be put away on October 15.

*WIFI*
Please note that we do our best to provide a strong Internet speed. However, as our chalet is located in a rural area, it might happen that the network is not as stable as a provider located in a big city.

**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**
⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them.

1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.

2. Check-in is possible any time after 5PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

4. One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee

5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noiseaware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.

6. If the chalet is left in a messy or disorderly condition, additional cleaning fees will apply. Any type of waste or bodily excrement (animal or human) found inside or outside the chalet will be charged at a rate of $60 per occurrence. Excrement includes, but is not limited to, urine, feces, vomit, or any similar substances.

At the end of the stay, the spa water must be as clean as it was upon arrival. An additional fee will apply for any late checkout between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., as this delays the work of our cleaning team. Any guest still on the premises after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night.

7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.

8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.

9. Please note that there are security cameras outside the cottage to monitor the number of travelers and to ensure that there are no animals. Of course, in order to respect the privacy of tenants, none point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them, this act will be judged as an attempt to hide important elements from the owner and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund.

10. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable.

11. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
