The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, making it perfect for families or groups.

Upon entering, you’re welcomed into the bright and inviting living area, complete with ample seating, a smart TV above a gas fireplace, and a private balcony with outdoor seating and breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. For entertainment, board games are available in the living area, ensuring fun for all ages. The full kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats two for casual dining. Family vacation

The condo was a great place to call home for a few days while my wife and I were able to spend time with our adult daughters. The location was perfect. Being on shuttle line provided ease of transportation to the Drive Run area.

Overall comfortable

Unit was comfortable and clean - wish the listing had been transparent that there was only one parking space available. that was the only hiccup in the whole stay - having to figure out where to park our 2nd vehicle.

Nice Place, but a couple of things

This property is really great, super clean, nice tv, surround sound, no complaints with the unit itself. My issue is this is listed as a place that sleeps 8, but they only allow you one parking pass. Like what kind of vehicle holds 8 people, and ski gear. Although we only had 5, this is still a big inconvenience. You have to drive about a mile away to a public parking location every time you leave or return to retrieve a vehicle. Keep in mind this is 25 a night to park at the public parking lot. I understand after messaging the staff that this is a HOA problem but don’t list it as sleeps 8, maybe list it as sleeps 4, otherwise other renters will run into the same issue. This is also up 2 large flights of stairs from the parking lot. Certainly not knocking the unit itself as there were no complaints but these should be considered when renting this space.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
