Welcome to our cozy retreat in DeLand, FL! Nestled in the garden district, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. You'll be just a stone's throw away from charming Downtown DeLand, filled with fantastic restaurants, trendy bars, and unique local shops. Whether you're here to explore the area’s rich history, enjoy the lively dining scene, or simply relax, you'll find plenty to love.

Our home comfortably accommodates up to five guests. It features two bedrooms, each with a plush queen bed and hotel-quality bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep. In the stylish living room, you’ll find an optional rollout bed with an 8-inch memory foam mattress for an additional guest. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and with high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, and a cozy outdoor fire pit, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay.

We’ve thoughtfully designed this space to make you feel right at home. Whether you're here for a short getaway or an extended stay, we look forward to hosting you and helping you create unforgettable memories in beautiful DeLand!

College Visit

Location great for Stetson visit. Small fenced yard was perfect for our two small dogs. Area was quite and seemed safe. Home clean.Would stay again.

The bed in room two (with the bathroom) was so uncomfortable. We both woke with back pain. Not to mention the bed was so loud! Pillows too thick, my neck was sore. No air conditioning in the bedrooms or bathroom. So we had to keep the doors open to the bedrooms. No privacy! The person who would have slept in room one, slept on the couch because there was no ac in the bedrooms. And everyone has to walk thru bedroom two to get to the bathroom. It was not a good experience. HOWEVER, the place is charming in appearance. Very clean, neat and stylish. There is a cute swing on the porch. Cute white picket fence. A beautiful large fountain out front but it was not turned on. Needs AC in the bedrooms and those beds replaced. P
