Newly renovated modern style home ready for the whole family to relax and enjoy

Discover the beauty of Palm Bay from this 3-bedroom house. Located 50 minutes from Port Canaveral and 20 minutes from Melbourne beaches, this enchanting property features master bedroom with 1 king bed, guest room with 2 queen beds, and kids room with a bunk bed; A twin bunk on top, queen on bottom and twin pull out bed underneath, perfect for families or groups of friends. With amenities throughout the home, there is ping-pong and foosball tables in the garage, a fire pit in a spacious fenced in backyard for the whole family and the dogs too. (Always check local fire bans in Palm Bay before using fire pit or fire department may show up to investigate.) Please respect the quiet neighborhood. We are pet friendly with a 1 time pet fee that can be applied at the time of booking. Cooking utensils are provided in the fully equipped kitchen, some firewood provided in the yard, shampoo, conditioner, and body washes provided in the bathrooms. I take great pride in providing a quiet clean home for my guests so please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions. NO PARTIES: please respect quiet hours and the neighbors.

NO SMOKING INSIDE: Smoking and vaping is allowed outdoors. Smokeless tobacco, if you are old enough to use it you are old enough to despose of it properly in the outside trash bin. Guests will be charged a $200 smoking fee if not followed.

Children Policy
Children are expected to treat property and neighborhood with respect. Any damages your child causes will be charged to the card on file. Please be respectful.
Please help us save energy and turn off all lights before leaving as well as turn air back up to 76 if adjusted during your stay.

Use provided black wash cloths for make up removal. $5 fee per damaged towel may be charged.

FIRE PIT: please use responsibly. Do not leave unattended and ensure fire is fully out when done. :) we try to provide firewood for everyone. BEFORE HAVING ANY FIRE, BE SURE TO GOOGLE LOCAL FIRE BANS FOR CITY OF PALM BAY. If ignored, fire department could arrive to investigate.

Please note, there is one doorbell camera that runs 24/7 on the front door of the house for security purposes.

Do not tamper with security camera or WiFi box. If you experience an issue with the WiFi, contract host immediately. If front door Camera should be deactivated or turned off, host will contact out to guest and come to the home to address issues and fix.

Host may ID at check in if it deems necessary with first time bookings if there are suspicions that the booking guest is not present for the reservation. No third party bookings on the behalf others.

Being pet friendly, we allow dogs only! Message host to inquire on any other pets…. There is a non refundable pet deposit required at the time of booking and guests are responsible for any damage your pet causes. Please contact host for details about traveling with pets for any accommodations needed. There may be restrictions on number of dogs depending on the breed/size. We ask guests to respect the home and try to keep pets off the furniture.

IF ANY HOUSE RULES ARE BROKEN, GUESTS MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND.
