Mountain Fever comprend 2 suites parentales avec jacuzzi, douche à effet pluie, ainsi qu'une troisième chambre avec des lits superposés Queen over Queen pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 adultes. PRETTY CABIN

My only recommendations are updated TVS in the rooms & a better cleaning in between guests, the house was really dusty on the trees.

Adjacent cabins were far enough away to allow us privacy but close enough to make us feel safe. The media room was amazing, kids loved having movie nights. Porches were nice and we had great views of the sunset each night.

2-day Christmas stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first year our family decided to have a Christmas away from home. We were concerned about many things (travel, access to our cabin because of weather, etc) but our stay at Basswood Lodge was a fitting Christmas present for all of us. We especially enjoyed the theater room, the hot tub, and the 3 suites each being on a different level. The cabin was roomy, clean and comfortable. Thank you to Elk Springs Resort for a great Christmas!

July Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Basswood Lodge was everything we expected and then some. The cabin was very clean, with a great kitchen. The kids loved the pool table and movie theatre. Eating dinner on the porches and having an evening drink or morning coffee on the third floor deck off the one master suite made you feel like you were sitting in a tree house. The day we checked in we received a phone call making sure everything was as we expected, and if we needed anything.

Wish we could stay forever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After 26 years of visiting Gatlinburg,this was our first stay in a cabin and we’ll never stay anywhere else again! The pictures of Basswood don’t do it justice, our expectations were high based on what we saw online but they were exceeded as soon as we set foot inside the cabin. The location was also perfect as it was an easy trip to town and secluded enough but we didn’t feel isolated as there were other cabins nearby and we never knew people were in them other than the cars parked. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Basswood Lodge and wish we could stay there forever!!

Disappointed there wasn’t a garbage disposal, pitcher, or a cutting board in the kitchen. Used washcloth left in one bathroom and roll of toilet paper was almost empty. Sheets on two of the beds were folded under the blanket instead of put on the beds.

Amazing House to stay ...2 minor suggestions

The elk roof resort house was amazing. We loved the stay for us 5 adults and 2 kids. Can fit 2 more and live lavishly if below 2 improvements are made 1)Winter weather - please add portable non hazardous heaters in basement/bottom floor. Basement no matter what does not heat up in winter. 2) Add better winter comfortors....some of us allergic to those rough woolen blankets. At&t mobile service does not provide adequate service but house wifi is super strong for internet and streaming.
