A Quick Getaway
It was an absolute delight staying at this Colonial Beach rental! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by its cozy and inviting atmosphere. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Everything you need VRBO in Colonial Beach
Our family had a great experience staying at this place. We were close to the beach and had access to a pool. The kitchen was stocked very well. The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child. (room for more children as well)

Great Host and House
Rolland is a great host and very communicative. The house is in a great location near the beach, and you can see the water from the back deck. There are beach toys, chairs, and a beach cart. The park adjacent to the property has a great playground, and the shared pool is nice. The house was very clean and filled with amenities for families with kids. I will definitely rent this house again on a future trip to Colonial Beach.

Even Better Than Photos
Super close to the beach, less than 5 minute walk to the water/boardwalk, 10 minutes to the beach with the “nice” sand. Every person on the trip in was in love with the property, multiple made comments about how nice the house was. Five minute walk to the cutest local coffee shop/brewery/restaurants. Beds were comfy, showers were amazing, plenty of lounging space, nice grill, and pretty porches and decks.
