The third level is designed as a serene haven, where you'll find the beautifully appointed bedrooms w/ King Size Beds and ensuite bathrooms, and an upstairs coffee bar.

A graceful spiral staircase leads you to a private rooftop sanctuary, where you can experience breathtaking views of the Arlington skyline. From your perch on the top floor, you will be amazed by the stunning panoramic views of the city skyline, which includes the iconic AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field. This rooftop patio, the crowning glory of your condo, offers you a unique place to relax and enjoy the lights of the city. With patio seating and a canopied moonbed, you have the option to fully relax and enjoy the ambiance of the city from the comfort of your own private space. FREE PARKING:
A private, attached garage awaits you, providing secure parking for up to two average-sized vehicles or medium SUVs. Additional street parking for cars and trucks is available just outside the townhome gate entrance on a first-come, first-served basis.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION:
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), a premier travel hub, is conveniently located just 12 miles from your residence. Dallas Love Field Airport is approximately 20 miles from your location. For seamless airport transport, we recommend arranging a private car service, or a rideshare through Uber or Lyft, or a convenient airport shuttle.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
For local exploration and convenient access to the city, the most popular option is using Uber or Lyft, which are generally very affordable throughout the city. This is especially convenient if you do not have a vehicle.

Please note that this residence has a unique multi-level layout featuring two sets of steep stairs, as well as a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop sanctuary. While we welcome guests of all ages, we would like to make sure guests are aware of these architectural features and therefore may not be suitable for children or individuals with mobility constraints.

For your peace of mind, the front entry, garage, and rooftop deck are equipped with Ring doorbells and cameras, which remain active during your stay. Additionally, we utilize a Minut smoke and noise detector that is designed to assess smoke and sound levels without recording any audio.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete three additional steps: fill out a pre-arrival form , sign & agree to our rental conditions, and complete a third party guest verification. These extra steps only take a few minutes and help to ensure a high level of service as well as safety for our guests, neighbors, and staff.

IMPORTANT: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, at our sole discretion, if the guest fails to meet our screening criteria, or in our sole judgment, poses an unacceptable level of risk.
You will also be asked to authorize a damage deposit for up to $500 via third party provider Truvi in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small services fee.
