This 100+ year old home merges historical charm and craftsmanship with BRAND NEW updated furnishings, paint, and a state of the art A/C system throughout the house. The outside features newly updated furniture in the gorgeous screened-in front porch with plenty of seating and view of the lake, a large side yard, and a private back patio area with table and chairs for dining, a grill and a fire pit area with additional seating for roasting marshmallows or lounging. The first floor includes a family room that runs the width of the house, a dining area with an extending table to seat 12-14, a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities, a 2nd kitchen/bar area with a 2nd refrigerator, a laundry room with washer/dryer and a closet loaded with games and puzzles. The second floor houses six bedrooms all with their own sinks and overhead fans and independently controlled AC. Each carrying its own cheery personality. In total, this house can sleep 18-24 people comfortably in beds. TV’s are available in the family room and a master bedroom, as well as the third floor. WiFi is included. 2 off street parking spaces by the garage.
