This private retreat is just a fifteen-minute trail walk (3 minute drive) from West Landing Beach on the Great Peconic Bay. Open living space with a welcoming fireplace, cathedral ceilings and three sliding doors lead to a backyard oasis. Backyard features resort-style living with lounge furniture, gas fire-pit, outdoor heater and Grill. The property is surrounded by green-zoned areas in front and back, and borders the Red Creek Hiking Trail. House is conveniently located just minutes from top Southampton restaurants, marina, and local shopping and a short drive to the many vineyards on the North Fork. Come live your best Hamptons life! *Notes: Outdoor pool is open from May to September. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee, applied for the entire duration of your stay. Please let us know in advance if you’d like the pool heated during your visit.
