This fee is intended to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning that may be required after your departure. Upon satisfactory inspection of the room or premises, the pet fee will be fully refunded.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and within any common areas of the complex. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment.

No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
