The fully equipped kitchen is designed to make meal preparation a breeze, featuring modern appliances and ample space for cooking. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a celebratory dinner, the kitchen offers everything you need to dine and gather with ease.

7 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms

The home boasts 7 spacious bedrooms, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 20 guests—perfect for large families or groups of friends. With 5 well-appointed bathrooms, everyone will have the space they need to refresh and relax after a day at the beach. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience for a memorable stay.

Convenient parking is available on-site, making it easy for you and your group to come and go as you explore the beautiful Crescent Beach area. Ample space ensures a hassle-free experience for multiple vehicles.

DOG RULES
A $150 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
Dogs are not allowed on the beds.
Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
Any dog that becomes disruptive to the community or neighbors will need to be removed immediately.
You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
Limit of two dogs.
Please keep in mind that this home is pet-friendly. While we make every effort to keep it spotless and minimize pet hair for your comfort, we may occasionally miss some. We appreciate your understanding.

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. You'll be within walking distance of the beach and have easy access to it.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

We will have 1 parking pass for our guests upon arrival.
