Excellent location and stay. Couldn't ask for a better spot on the beach. There was plenty of room for the two of us on our couples trip and the small things like extra beach towels were great. Top tier sunset watching location and a beach that's not too busy was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

The view from the balcony is breathtakingly beautiful. The pool and the area around it are very nice and very clean. The restrooms by the pool are clean, too. The apartment itself could use a makeover! The mattress on the bottom bunk of the loft bed is very uncomfortable. However, the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and wide. The management and the staff at the on-site office were very friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to accommodate us.

A Wonderful Family Vacation

With the spotty weather it was perfect being right on the beach, easy to get back to the room when it rained or stormed and easy to get to the beach when the sun returned.The Vistas on the Gulf are also very close to some outstanding restaurants

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Vista’s for over 10 yrs in many different rooms, multiple times a yr. Some are more up to date than others but are always nice and clean. The beach is lovely and peaceful. Staff is friendly. Sadly this time will probably be our last. They’ve gotten new management and their prices have skyrocketed. I do understand the hurricanes and others things that all play into it but that kind of price increase we just can’t do multiple times, sorry to say. I would recommend Vistas. It been our second home for quite awhile

Unit had flaws, but the view and location were wonderful. We could not change the temperature on the oven because few buttons worked, neither tub drained well, there were blind slats missing and a tile was laying against the wall it should’ve been affixed to. We tried to report, but the office was closed and there wasn’t a QR code on the fridge that we were supposed to use to report electronically, so we went to the website and emailed our first night and were never contacted. The housekeepers tried to come in one day and luckily my husband and son were there, as they quickly hurried out when they realized people were there. We were not aware that anyone should be entering our unit and there was no daily housekeeping service. Otherwise, the facility, view, beach and location were wonderful!

That said, we're truly sorry to hear about the maintenance and communication issues you experienced during your stay. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention — the oven, tub drains, blinds, and tile should have all been in proper condition, and we regret that they were not addressed promptly. We’re also looking into the missing QR code and lack of follow-up to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future. Regarding the housekeeping incident, we understand how unsettling that must have been. While there is no daily housekeeping service unless specifically requested, we will follow up with our team to clarify procedures and prevent any future misunderstandings. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience on your next visit.
