Located on the 14th hole of the Eagle Vail golf course, this townhome offers everything for a relaxing getaway. With four bedrooms (including two primary suites with king beds) plus an extra flex space, there is plenty of room to spread out. Whether you're planning to cross country ski, downhill ski, hike, bike, golf, swim, play tennis or simply relax on the back patio, this location offers something for everyone.

On the ground floor, guests enter the main living area with a dining table, living space with fireplace and a Smart TV, and full kitchen. There is a patio out back with a BBQ that sits on the 14th hole of the golf course.

On the second floor, there is a primary suite with plenty of storage for clothes, double sinks and shower in the bathroom, a Smart TV, and a balcony that opens onto the golf course. There is also a flex ("office") space on this floor equipped with a large-screen Smart TV with Playstation 4 for the kids and a comfortable sofa that pulls out for additional sleeping space. The linens for the sofa bed are located in the coffee table which has storage. A second bathroom with tub and shower can also be found on the first floor. Finally, there is a queen bedroom with mountain views and a large walk in closet.

On the third (or top) floor, there is the second primary suite that features a king bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and bathroom. Attached to this room is another room with two twin beds making the third floor an ideal set up for families with kids.

Each bedroom, the main living space, and the flex space all have ceiling fans with remotes. Like many Colorado mountain homes, this does not have air conditioning.

The Eagle Vail neighborhood has a community swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts which are available for use by renters with a discounted daily pass or punch card.
