PETS
Our pet fee is $350/stay and covers up to 2 dogs with a combined maximum weight of 100 lbs. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file.


SECURITY
There may be exterior cameras outside this Wander. There are no interior cameras in this home.

NO SMOKING AND VAPING
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. A fine of $1,000 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.

WEATHER
During snowy weather, driving in the area and on the roads leading to the property may be difficult. Our landscapers manage snow plowing, but we recommend exercising caution when traveling in winter conditions.
