Located less than a mile from the white sands and breathtaking sunsets of Front Beach and just two blocks from the vibrant Ocean Springs Entertainment District, Downtown Sanctuary is a beautifully renovated two-bedroom condo filled with unique and fun art throughout. This charming property combines modern comfort with artistic flair, making it ideal for romantic weekend escapes.

This condo offers two spacious bedrooms located upstairs, each featuring luxurious King beds, private bathrooms, and Smart TVs for your entertainment. The master bedroom also boasts a walk-out balcony with seating, perfect for relaxing in the Gulf breezes.

With 2.5 bathrooms, you’ll enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the main level.

The open-concept living room includes a large flat-screen Smart TV, and cozy furnishings, making it the ideal spot to unwind. There is a walkout patio with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book.

Great condo and excellent location!

Condo was just as listed! Very helpful and responsive management with check in and suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Beds are extremely comfortable and the location can’t be beat. We traveled with another couple and all of us would definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo in a great location! Plenty of space for husband to relax while I worked. Nice cold a/c to beat the humid heat after walking around downtown Ocean Springs! Chris was absolutely wonderful! Great communication and recommendations for the area. Highly recommend and would not hesitate at all to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed for a a short getaway. The condo was well equipped, really comfortable and spotless. The location was on a quiet street but only a couple blocks from some great restaurants and shops and the Walter Anderson museum. We did use the car to go to Biloxi and explore one day and for groceries, but otherwise walked to most things. We hope to return!
