Experience all that the charming Morris Cove neighborhood of New Haven has to offer from the comfort of this private second-floor apartment! This unit offers 2-bedrooms, a full bathroom with a tub, large living room, and fully stocked kitchen with dining area. Enjoy the waterview from the private front, relax on the back porch and beautiful shared patio. Conveniently situated just a short walk from the beach, Lighthouse Park, Anthony's Ocean View, & Amarante's, 15 minutes to Downtown/Yale.

**Please note this is a second-floor unit located in a shared home. There may be other guests staying in the apartment below this unit during your stay. The backyard and patio are shared spaces. Stairs are required to access the property.**

Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private upper level in-law suite with a private entrance features an open floor plan with two-bedrooms, a modern kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 36” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. There are two queen-size beds with the second bedroom located in an alcove area off the living room, this space includes a privacy screen (no door).

A designated workspace is available in the living room, perfect for traveling students or professionals. This area contains a desk, lamp, and partial water views.

Included entertainment: Smart TV with live tv, Disney+, Hulu, Discovery+, Netflix, ESPN+, HBOMax.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, board games, and free high-speed WiFi. Outdoor features include a small balcony with partial views, on-street parking, and lockbox access.

- Located in a quiet, beach community walking distance to two beaches (Morris Cove and Lighthouse Point Park).
- Just a short walk from Anthony's, Amarante's Sea Cliff, as well as down the street from Lighthouse Point Park, the perfect place to stay if you're in town for a wedding or special event!

Great location in a quiet area in walking distance to two beaches. Limited street parking at times.Lovely veiw of the water and anchored sailboats was a treat to start and end the day with!

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with a view of the water. It was the perfect location for us, a short walking distance to Anthony’s Ocean View for a wedding we were attending. Although we didn’t do any cooking, the kitchen seemed well equipped and there was a nice area outside to sit. We definitely recommend!

Great place for small family

Clean, spacious and enough room for a small family. The only thing is that there are alot of stairs to climb, which was fine, but elderly people and those with knee problems would have a challenge.

Tranquil Spot!

My daughters (16 & 10) and I had a lovely relaxing stay at this property. The communication with the owner was amazing and the property was comfortable with all you need to enjoy all that New Haven has to offer. The water view was beautiful. Street parking was a breeze. Lighthouse Point Park is nearby and worth a visit for some family friendly beach time!

Very nice place. Cozy, comfortable, quiet. Stayed on the second floor, had our own driveway. Only thing needed is a couple more living room chairs ( full size ) and better chairs for the balcony ( or) cushions.

Beautiful home!

My fiancé and I stayed here in the days leading up to our wedding and it was such a beautiful view of the water and sunset while we plugged away at welcome bags and other details. There were amenities to meet our needs and a well kept space. There was a switch over of ownership so communication was lousy and non existent which is why I gave it 4 stars

It was clean and up to date. We were concerned that the door to the separate downstairs living area was unlocked and no way to secure it from upstairs. It was also concerning that the door to the balcony wasn't able to lock. Otherwise it was perfect for a short stay.

Had a great little mother/ daughter trip. Beaches within walking distance, quiet area, and alot of food choices within a short drive.
