There are two locked owners' closets and a locked basement utility room that are not accessible to guests.

THE GLENDA HOUSE RULES:
• No smoking, vaping, marijuana, or drug use inside or outside.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• No pets.
• Please no shoes in the house.
• No access to basement and upstairs owners’ closets or utility room.
• Please park only in the garage, the garage driveway, or designated parking spots. Please no street parking.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We live just up the road and are only a message or phone call away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
We are locals and love to give recommendations! Please let us know how we can help you make memories! We have local referrals for a private chef who cooks at the house and two yoga instructors and a Reiki/sound healing practitioner who teach private classes at the house. We love bringing great people together!

We have a strict no smoking, no vaping, and no drugs policy both inside the house and outside around the house. Violation of this policy is subject to immediate cancellation of the reservation and a $300 additional cleaning fee.
