Beautiful, newly renovated single story 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is just a short walk to the picturesque sandy beaches of Key West, White Street Pier, Casa Marina resort, and Higgs beach park, with volleyball, pickleball and tennis courts, two playgrounds, two dogs parks, and Salute' restaurant. You'll feel like a local in this well established neighborhood and love waking up to the birds chirping and plumeria blooming in your private backyard overlooking the heated pool!

The bright open kitchen with vaulted ceiling offers a striking contemporary design, well appointed with Samsung stainless appliances, quartz counters, new cabinetry including a double pantry, and wine chiller. The propane oven/range allows for efficient gas cooking for the chef in the group. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware, utensils and small appliances. From the kitchen you transition to the large family/Florida room featuring a large flat screen television, comfortable seating area with fold out queen sized sofa- sleeper, and dining area. There is also a separate utility room with washer and dryer. The Florida room opens to the screened lanai where you will be drawn outside to enjoy the lovely tropical outdoor spaces. The lanai features another dining space, perfect for cookouts, children, or fun times with friends. A new privacy fence and gates encircle the manicured yard, with its sparkling pool and waterfall as well as poolside seating and grilling area. The pool has a water heater/chiller for year round swimming comfort. There's also a convenient Key West type outdoor shower.

The master suite features a King sized bed with flat screen TV, walk in closet, and ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 overlooks the tropical front yard and features two twin beds that are convertible to a King size. Bedroom 3 overlooks the back yard and has a queen sized bed. With a large backyard, and beautiful pool, this spacious, updated home is a Key West jewel- just minutes to Old Town! All combined to create the picture perfect home for enjoyment & entertaining in your own little Island paradise.

This is a private home so all parts of the home and large yard are accessible.

*One pet, if allowed are subject to a $500 pet fee.  Only small well behaved pet please.

*Sunset Vacation and Management homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only.

*Cooler Rentals Available

For your convenience, we are happy to offer cooler rentals for the duration of your stay for a flat fee of $50. Available options include large insulated coolers in approximately 70-quart capacity (40” x 18”) and 60-quart capacity (24” x 17”), as well as a rolling insulated cooler for easy transport. We also have a round YETI-style bucket cooler with an approximate 45-quart capacity.

Complimentary drop-off and pick-up service is included, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience during your stay.
