Our property has a private deeded access to the sandy beaches of Manasota keys.
Warning: the area is being actively cleaned and worked on after the hurricane. Expect some debris on the pathway. Please wear footwear to the beach.

** Public Englewood Beach is currently being restored and close to completion - parts of Manasota key is open and can be used. Boca Grande, Venice Beach, areas of Placida and Siesta Keys are all open.

Both kitchens are stocked with everything you need, from pots, pans, casseroles, and baking sheets to pizza tools like a baking plate and cutters. With enough dinnerware for up to 14 guests, you can effortlessly prepare meals ranging from quick bites to a full Thanksgiving feast for 10. Essentials like salt, pepper, olive oil, and other basics are already provided.

Dining Spaces:
Upstairs, the dining table seats six, with extra seating for two at the breakfast bar and four more at the breakfast table. Downstairs, enjoy a cozy dining area for four, plus two additional seats at the bar.

The ultimate entertainment hub! Located next to the pool with colorful nighttime lighting, this lanai seats eight and is packed with features to elevate your experience. It boasts a cabana, a Blackstone BBQ grill, a fireplace, and a vibrant tiki bar for mixing your favorite drinks. Add to that a Jacuzzi hot tub, and you have the perfect recipe for relaxation and fun.

▶ Our Apologies as we do not allow pets. Violation $300.00
▶We request that we do not disturb the neighbors with loud music outside and partying. It is a peaceful neighborhood and we would like to keep it that way.
▶If you bring in extra people other than those declared in the reservation to stay at the house, it has to be discussed with the host. We cannot exceed max capacity. Visitors are ok but they will have to leave the house in the night. Else, additional charges will apply
▶For your safety please follow all Safety rules in the Pool area.
▶ Please read the Pool Waiver, Jacuzzi waiver and House Rules before you book this property
Please Note:
House Rules: this is the community of Lemon Bay Haven HOA and we have specific restrictions that are noted below:
 Must be the age of at least 25 to book the property.
 No smoking, No Vaping, No pets, No partying.
 We are peaceful community here and would like to be respectful of our neighbors by keeping our noise levels to the minimum.
 Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
Number of Guests:
 Only the number of people mentioned in the reservation are allowed to stay at the home. Additional people coming over/day visitors must be disclosed by the guest & discussed/approved by the Host. Max capacity of the home is 14 and that includes little children. Temporary day visitors are welcome but total capacity cannot exceed 20.
 Only the person who booked the Airbnb will be allowed access. If there is someone else coming on your behalf, we will need their phone number, drivers license uploaded and informed at the time of the booking
 Security:
o There are 4 outside cameras for our safety and security as well as the community at large – Front door, back door, Building left side and Building right side
o This is also an insurance requirement
o We also monitor our maintenance crews entry as well as exit, like pool, jacuzzi maintenance as well as landscaping
o Please do not tamper with cameras or move them

Parking :
 Parking is limited to just 4 cars on the driveway – the garages should not be used as there is new flooring and not ready for use yet
 Cars cannot be parked on the entry street or extending out. SUV’s will have to be parked on the side of the house and not in front of the garages. It is a safety issue. Only small cars in front of the garages
 Please do not park on neighbor’s property or obstruct traffic flow.
 If you are having visitors come by please have them park on the main N Beach road if the parking at the house is at capacity
Jacuzzi:
Jacuzzi use is based on request. We will provide the combination to the lock to switch on the Jacuzzi when requested. Please sign the Pool & Jacuzzi waiver before using them. We are NOT liable for any injuries or issues caused by the pool or Jacuzzi. They are always tested for function by a professional every week.
To operate the Jacuzzi:
a) Children have to be supervised at all times
b) No jumping into the Jacuzzi
