The Adams Bennett House at 174 B St. Philip St. Unit 2 is a 5 -BD 5- BA second floor gem blends modern comfort with Charlestonâs rich history. The Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood has become the hottest, most vibrant area in town. The list of popular restaurants is amazing. The Grocery, Indaco, Chez Nous, Wild Flour Bakery, The Macintosh, Sugar Bake Shop, Cannon Green, Goulette Bistro, D'Alessandros Piazza, Fuel, The Darling Oyster, Stellas are in walking distance. You can find anything that suits your fancy just StepsAway from SaintPhilipSquare!
There are also shops and boutiques in walking distance-- West Elm, Beads on Cannon, Filigree, Mac and Murphy, Indigo and Cotton. There are day spas, salons and nearby yoga studios.
