You will have access to the entire property. We will send you the electronic door code with your check in instructions.
Other things to note
The owner will occasionally work in the garden on the very back of the property. There is a wood fence for privacy and he will not disturb your stay.

Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property.
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.
