The Google Nest Hub in the home is solely for entertainment and provides notifications when the front doorbell is rung—it does NOT record or allow indoor surveillance, as we highly respect our guests’ privacy. Regarding the plumbing issue, we apologize if our response came across as dismissive. Our intent was simply to share that no previous guests had reported any issues before your stay. However, we understand how frustrating this must have been, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
